I’ve been working on a real estate investing book called “The Windmill Method” and it’s now been released. It’s an approach for finding a good deal in most markets by putting in aggressively low offers on multiple properties.
I’ve written previous posts that discussed ideas that this book expands on.
The biggest issue with this approach is it’s for people who want to find a great deal and aren’t super picky about buying a particular property. If you fall in love what a property and only want to buy THAT property, this won’t help you.
If you read the book and have any questions, I’d love to discuss it in the comments of this post or by e-mail (john.champaign.writes@gmail.com).
It’s available as an eBook, a print book, and I will be recording an audiobook version in the near future.
What’s the best deal you’ve ever gotten buying real estate? What’s your favorite approach to hunting for a good deal?
